Ricci & Associates is seeking a Data Entry Operator to work remotely and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality records that support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently from home. Key Responsibilities: Â Accurately enter, update, and... maintain information across various systems and databases. Â Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents. Â Work remotely with internal teams to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data. Â Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly. Â Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders. Â Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols.Required Skills and Qualifications: Â Previous experience in data entry or a similar role. Â Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools. Â Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). Â Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely. Â High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Â Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.
Educational Requirements: Â High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
Pay: 24-32$/hr
