Description:

Centers Health Care is actively seeking experienced LPNs to join our team on a Part-Time basis for our Skilled Nursing Facility. We want to hear from you if you have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor!

Shift Availability:
• Part-Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available

Compensation:
• Additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights

Duties Include:
• LPNs, Collect information from Residents to be admitted, including medical records and insurance details.
• LPNs, Record the health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• LPNs, Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• LPNs, Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• LPNs, Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
• LPNs, Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• LPNs, Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements: • Valid State LPN license. • Strong teamwork skills. • In good standing with the State Registry.
