Key Responsibilities
 Oversee accounts payable and promptly address vendor inquiries for a diverse client base.
 Execute general accounting tasks, including transaction entry and reconciling both bank and balance sheet accounts.
 Verify and reconcile payments related to accounts payable, ensuring accurate account allocations.
 Manage accounts receivable for precise financial reporting.
 Post and reconcile sales and payroll transactions.
 Participate in special projects as required.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
 Strong data entry and analytical capabilities.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Self-driven with proactive problem-solving abilities.
 Capacity to independently manage projects.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
 5 to 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or staff accounting.
 Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous.
