Its easy for you to start up natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of Customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You like to... work as part of a team as you improve your skills on the sales floor. Your success in this role will be measured through personal and productivity goals plus your ability to provide a great in-store experience to every Customer.

Responsibilities: • The key to meeting customer expectations and providing high-quality sales service is possessing an in-depth understanding of the products being sold and collaborating effectively with colleagues • The ability to reach sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient operations is critical to retail success • Holding yourself accountable is crucial to ensuring that you remain focused and accomplish your goals • Connects with patrons by employing open-ended questioning to evaluate individual needs • Skillfulness in Learning and Sharing Expertise about Merchandise and Trends to Meet Customers’ Needs • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all product details, from current offerings to upcoming launches and market trends • Working together for a common goal and respecting each other's differences can help establish a workplace where everyone feels included and valued
