By doing so, you will not only be uplifting the lives of others but also fostering your own personal growth.Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering... solutions  Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products  Process new insurance policies, renewals, and policy changes accurately  Educate customers on policy coverage, benefits, and claim procedures  Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively cross-selling and upselling insurance products  Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed  Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:  No prior experience required - this is an entry level position!  A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service  Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written  A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment  Aptitude for sales with the ability to persuade customers effectively  Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail  Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously  A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
