- Responsibilities
- Host virtual meetings with prospects who have actively requested assistance
- Educate clients on available coverage options and offer personalized recommendations
- Build relationships and close sales by engaging with high-quality leads provided to you
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing virtual training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead
- Operate independently with a self-driven mindset and strong time management
- Represent Afortus with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to putting clients first
- Requirements
- You’re either already licensed in life insurance or willing to get licensed — we’ll walk you through the process step by step
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for clear communication and relationship-building
- Driven, coachable, and focused on reaching your goals
- Comfortable navigating virtual platforms like Zoom and CRM systems for client interactions
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively without direct oversight
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- You operate with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
- Must have a stable internet connection and access to a computer (desktop or laptop preferred)
