- ** Contract duration**:6 months (must be able to commit for the entire duration) + 6 months (optional extension)

- * Work hours**:5.5 day work week (full time) (8 hours on Mondays to Fridays and 4 hours on Saturdays)
You will assist the Customer Service & Admin teams on the following duties:
– Customer Service
Duties (training will be provided)
2. Make outbound calls to follow up with callers where callers have left a message with his/her name and phone number.
3. Make accurate data entry of feedback provider’s feedback in the feedback database and maintain proper documentation records.
4. Retrieve status updates on feedback provider’s feedback from the feedback database.
7. Provide administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
– Data Entry
Duties (training will be provided)
1. Review data entries, identify erroneous entries and correct erroneous entries where applicable.
2.
Able to use Google maps or other tools to identify postal code of a location based on information provided by feedback providers.
3. Conduct simple analysis on data entries.
- 4. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- * Requirements**: 1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Malay or Tamil to effectively converse with callers.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and use of e-forms.
5.
Able to work with databases.
6. Self-driven, able to work independently, meticulous and organised.
7. Good team player, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- 8. Prior customer service/call centre experience is a plus
- * Salary**:$2,200 to $2,600/month
