• Job Summary*

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Duties*

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and email
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the database
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • • Qualifications*
  • Must reside / be located in the United States
  • Windows PC I5 CPU or better with 8GB RAM or more
  • Internet speeds greater than 50MB per second hard wired connection
  • Requires USB headset
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer... issues promptly
  • Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately if required
  • Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
