Key Responsibilities: • Execute tasks independently and within a team to achieve marketing objectives • Act as a liaison between customers and clients, ensuring seamless communication • Assist in meeting fundraising and performance targets • Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions • Continuously work to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction • Interact with customers, addressing their requests promptly and professionally • Prepare detailed and accurate reports on donations and campaign outcomes • Regularly report to the Managing Director on progress and results • Develop outstanding customer service skills aligned with company standards
