- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating sales and achieving KPIs.
- Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Use A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful sales-driven campaigns.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed campaign decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Knowledge of retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
