TEKsystems is currently seeking REMOTE Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Dallas, TX, to join the Fraud and Digital Services Department. This position involves responding to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center environment. The ideal candidate will provide information about the company’s... products and services, perform transactions, and advise members on options that may fit their needs while ensuring optimal customer service.

- Pay: $19.50/hour
- Full-time schedule with overnight shifts (40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday)
- Must have a 6-day availability to work within a flexible 9.5-hour window.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
