Customer Support Representative (Remote – Full Time)
Rumple is a growing CRM company built specifically for media sales teams.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of communication for users seeking help or training. You’ll answer support tickets, handle phone calls, join Zoom calls, and occasionally test new features before they are released.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer support tickets via email and our ticketing system
- Handle support phone calls
- Join Zoom calls for customer support and training sessions
- Occasionally test features and updates before they go live
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
- What We're Looking For:
- Someone responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other support tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
