Description:

As a Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may have, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements:
