We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Representatives. This is an entry-level role, and comprehensive training will be provided. In this position, youÂll work from the comfort of your home, assisting clients with their insurance needs and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
Help customers understand and select the insurance plans that best suit their needs.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
