Remote part-time and full-time hour positions available for Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will focus on responding to a queue of customer service ticket. This is a customer service position that requires strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
• Look up and track customer orders and research loyalty card account inquiries.
• Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications: • Strong written communication skills. • Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams. • Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries. • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required. • Must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to work onsite.
