Responsibilities
 Accurately enter a variety of data and customer orders into our ERP system
 Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
 Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
 Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
 Report any data-related issues to your supervisor
Qualifications
 Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
 Secondary education certificate
Experience Requirements
 Previous experience in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
