Responsibilities
 Engage in sales activities to achieve company targets
 Provide multilingual support to customers
 Administer benefits effectively
 Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
 Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals
 Communicate effectively with clients and team members
 Adhere to HIPAA regulations for data privacy
 Analyze market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
 Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
 Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus
 Familiarity with benefits administration practices is advantageous
 Strong negotiation skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
 Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable
 Analytical mindset for market research and trend analysis
