Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling marketing content, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch customer support.Responsibilities
 Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs and services
 Draft and manage marketing communications across various platforms, including social media and email
 Create appealing content for promotional materials, newsletters, and blog posts
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
 Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media interactions
 Analyze engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies
 Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience
 BachelorÂs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 Proven experience in marketing communications or... customer support
 Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
 Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
 Ability to evolve and adapt communication styles to match diverse audiences
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 Must have a quiet space to work remotely and reliable internet access
