Key Responsibilities...
• Create and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet the specific needs of each student.
• Deliver high-quality virtual instruction and facilitate engaging learning activities.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and support needs.
• Collaborate with other educators and specialists to coordinate services and support for students.
• Stay informed on best practices and innovations in special education and online learning.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Valid New Mexico Special Education teaching license. • Experience working with students with various disabilities and learning challenges. • Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation based on experience, structured as a 1099 contract.
