Key Responsibilities:  Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries about flight schedules, reservations, and general customer service  Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may have  Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while adhering to Southwest Airlines' core values  Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
What WeÂre Looking For:
 Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
 Experience in a customer service or related field is a plus
 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
