New Digital Intelligence is an innovative startup focused on implementing GenAI solutions for businesses. We are in a high-growth phase and are looking for a strategic and driven leader to join our founding team as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). If you're passionate about scaling businesses, developing robust revenue strategies, and making a direct impact on the growth of a company, this role is for you. As the CRO & Co-Founder, you’ll be instrumental in building the company’s revenue strategy from the ground up. This position requires a hands-on approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to invest both time and capital into the business. Responsibilities: • Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that includes sales, partnerships, and customer success. • Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and scale the sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring growth objectives are met. • Business Development: Identify and secure strategic... partnerships and new business opportunities to drive revenue. • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide the company’s product development and service offerings. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align revenue objectives with overall business goals. • Investment of Time & Capital: As a co-founder, you will be required to invest significant time and make a financial commitment to help grow the company. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, or equivalent leadership role in a fast-growing startup or tech company. • Track record of building successful sales teams and driving exponential revenue growth. • Strong understanding of scaling startups, revenue generation models, and B2B/B2C sales strategies. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to invest both time and cash into the company as part of the co-founding team. • Passion for innovation and the startup ecosystem, with a strong belief in NDI’s mission and vision.
