As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will assist our customers with their online inquiries, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with our luxury products.Responsibilities
 Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers regarding their e-commerce inquiries through email and live chat.
 Assist with order processing, product information, and general inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
 Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
 Document customer interactions accurately to ensure effective communication and service improvement.
 Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
 Participate in training to develop your skills and product knowledge.
 Stay informed about our product offerings and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
