• Assisting with clinical care and offering counseling to fertility patients and their families
• Providing education on procedures and ensuring clear communication of physician orders and instructions
• Educating patients both before and after procedures to ensure they feel informed and supported
• Creating a compassionate atmosphere by delivering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Working autonomously while contributing to the achievement of program goals
• Upholding excellence in customer service and enhancing patient satisfaction

Required Skills

We seek an individual who is fervent about patient care and possesses the following skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, emphasizing interpersonal and customer service excellence
