 Required Skills and Qualifications
 * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service or related field is an asset.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
 * Comfortable using various computer systems and software applications.
 * Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
 Experience
 * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
 * Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
 * Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
 Working Hours
 * Flexible part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends.
