Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
