The Field Service Manager oversees our Canada Field Service team to deliver quality service and technical solutions to our clients. This position can be located anywhere in Western Canada.Responsibilities
• Manage Field Service team, including hiring, training/development, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the Field Service team...
• Ensure proper training and development Field Service team.
• Ensure company processes, policies, and standards are upheld.
• Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety program.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage budget and resources for the designated group.
• Manage client relationships, and act as key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues.
• Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals of the company.
• Perform field work on occasion.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical background
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong commitment to client service
