I am working with an excellent company in Swindon, who are experiencing massive growth, so need an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. The company an at the front of their industry, leading in development of their sector. If you are a HR Assistant with a CIPD Level 3 or higher apply now!

The Role
• Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare and any other HR duties
• Acting as a central point of contact for employees
• Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
• Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls

Key Skills
• Previous Human Resources experience
• CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
• Training and development experience
• Recruitment experience
• Payroll and HR systems experience
