We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in-person. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs. The successful candidate will also possess a strong background in sales... and have a proven track record of upselling and promoting products or services. Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions - Utilize outbound calling to engage with customers and promote products or services - Analyze customer needs and make recommendations to meet their requirements - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner - Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promoting products or services - Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure seamless service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English and Spanish - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 20  29 per week Schedule:  Evening shift  Monday to Friday  Weekends as needed Experience:  Call center: 1 year (Preferred)  Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Location:  Indiana (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
