Description: • Lead the team's strategic effort to define, measure and improve quality • Guide data scientists through advanced modeling and inference tasks • Develop and refine Data Science strategy for Quality • Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of sophisticated models • Act as the liaison between Data Science Quality team and product organization • Partner with product, engineering and finance teams to align on goals • Drive development of innovative strategies leveraging data science techniques Requirements: • 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or Masters/PhD in a relevant field • Experience managing individual contributors (ICs) • Deep understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven product development • Strong track record of experience in data science, with expertise in forecasting and marketplace dynamics • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment • Proven experience in... developing and implementing data-driven strategies to address complex problems • Excellent communication skills • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving Benefits: • Base pay subject to change • Bonus eligibility • Equity • Benefits • Employee Travel Credits Apply Job!
