About the position The Remote Entry Level Customer Support position at TEKsystems involves responding to inquiries and requests from members in a structured contact center environment. The role focuses on providing information about the client's products and services while ensuring an optimal member experience through effective communication and transaction handling. Responsibilities  Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center. ,  Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening. ,  Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards. ,  Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction. Requirements  Strong communication skills and active listening abilities. ,  Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods. ,  Basic knowledge of financial products and services. Nice-to-haves  Experience in customer service or support roles.
