Product Management Intern - Summer 2025, AI & Platform Focus

Description: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI, customer success) to define and deliver features that solve real customer problems • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions • Assist in writing product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Help manage product backlogs and sprint planning • Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement • Work alongside a Product Manager and AI team member on key initiatives that may involve machine learning models, generative AI, and intelligent automation • Contribute to internal documentation and help drive alignment across teams Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong interest in product management, technology, and problem-solving • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude • Previous internship or project experience in product, design, or engineering a plus • Familiarity with Agile practices and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a bonus Benefits: • Annual compensation reviews + equity • Unlimited PTO: strongly encouraged to unplug and recharge • Health: coverage for medical, dental, and vision - employee and dependents • 401K, which vests immediately, complete with a 4% company match • 12 weeks of Parental leave and 1 year free diapers and wipes with Honest • Annual company in-person events and quarterly in-person connects • $500 home office stipend - at the time of hire.
