As a Remote Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or remote access. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related issues for our clients. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution. - Assist new clients with onboarding and training on our products and services. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. - Continuously update and expand technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements. Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or customer service environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware, including Windows and Mac OS. - Familiarity with networking, TCP/IP, and wireless technologies. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
