Part Time Advisor - Data Analytics

Description: • Collaborate with our clients to refine their problem statements, develop future-state solutions, and implement impactful solutions • Engage with client team members and proactively identify opportunities to help solve their challenges, adding value and driving collaboration • Leverage your project management and technical expertise to execute on tactical engagement work to support our clients • Independently overcome impediments and provide recommendations to the client team • Use relationship management and delegation skills to effectively drive work through others • Provide timely updates to ensure deliverables and the engagement are on track, highlighting delays or impediments immediately when they are identified, following the day-to-day direction of the Team Lead Requirements: • You have five to ninety-five years of experience working in data function within the financial services industry • You are proficient in SQL and Tableau (or other Business Intelligence tools) • You are able and willing to develop new technical skills based on client/project needs • You have strong research, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline • You are self-directed, accountable, creative and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client facing environment with a travel component, when needed • You have additional experience with: • Collaborating with business partners to understand their business problems and design tailored data solutions • Analyzing data sources, generating insights, and synthesizing results for a wide range of audiences • Leveraging technical skills to build simple to complex data solutions which can practically be implemented by/for the client • Understanding, embracing, and incorporating data management concepts and practices in data solutions • Communicating data ambiguity and nuance effectively based on the audience • Influencing decision-makers and driving results through a team effort Benefits: Apply Job!
