Ensure consistent engagement with prospects and clients.
Market & Competitor Research:
Use AI tools and online resources to perform industry and competitor analysis.
Summarize findings and recommend areas of opportunity.
Proposal & Presentation Support:
Assist in designing business proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
Leverage tools like Canva, Notion, Google Slides, and AI-based design aids.
Digital & Social Presence Support:
Assist in scheduling and managing content on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Collaborate on creative campaigns and digital visibility initiatives.
Innovation & AI Integration:
Apply AI tools to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and support decision-making.
Constantly suggest new tools, platforms, or techniques to improve efficiency and output.
Task Management & Reporting:
Maintain to-do lists, calendars, follow-ups, and reminders.
Generate weekly progress reports and performance insights.
Creative Input & Problem Solving:
Bring fresh ideas for outreach, branding, and process improvements.
Use innovative thinking to overcome bottlenecks and enhance customer experiences.
