Executive Assistant to Investor Relations Team
A private equity firm based in California is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This is a high-touch, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable supporting senior executives across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, events, and the annual meeting, including
• scheduling, travel, and materials preparation
• Maintain investor database, track communications, and support internal reporting
• Manage executive calendars and support day-to-day prioritization
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel with itineraries and backup plans
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and organize expense reports (e.g., Concur)
• Serve as a collaborative team player within the admin team, providing coverage as needed
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in a high-level administrative role; private equity or finance experience required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication
• High level of discretion, judgment, and adaptability
• Experience with IR support and tools like Salesforce is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
Salary: $140,000 + bonus
