Marketing & Strategy Intern
Responsibilities:
• Recruit national teams of student ambassadors based on unique brand criteria
• Monitor social analytics and aggregate top-performing content
• Help to manage and motivate student ambassadors to go above and beyond project expectations
• Participate in program strategy and new business brainstorm sessions
• Assist account teams with day-to-day tasks
Qualifications:
• Active enrollment in a 4-year college or university
• Available for 15 hours per week with potential to increase (hours are flexible to your academic schedule)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Unrelenting attention to detail and an eye for compelling content
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Mail, Drive, Docs, Slides)
• A working knowledge of digital and social media best practices
Perfect Candidate:
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to take on new challenges
• Has prior experience as a student ambassador or in promotional marketing
• Has a genuine interest in youth culture and keeps up with industry trends
• Is a self-starter, takes pride in their work, and generally gives a damn
• Works well independently or on a team and communicates in an open and honest manner
