If you’re the right fit, you’ll have: • A 4-year post-secondary education • 4+ years of tax and accounting experience • CPA (CPA Candidate) or EA preferred • Experience working in a Remote Environment • Exposure to WI income tax • Expertise with QuickBooks • Willingness to take on Fractional CFO work • Working experience with Thomson Reuters products (Ultra Tax, Go File Room, Fixed Assets CS, Practice CS, Workpaper CS) • Proficient in using UltraTax software • Familiarity with SurePrep and SafeSend • Experience being the main client contact and final reviewer for low complexity tax engagements • Tax return preparation & review experience with high net worth clients. • Enthusiasm with delving into research to discover innovative solutions • Traits like being a fast learner, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong analytical skills driven by curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement In this role, you’ll: • Perform multiple tax and write-up engagements for small and medium sized businesses, and their owners, from mid to high level complexity • Perform research on tax topics and analyze/draw conclusions • Formulate and deliver innovative tax planning, strategy and client service • Cultivate strong client relationships through collaboration and consistent communication We value your contribution and offer: • A genuine work-life balance with family-friendly incentives • Competitive benefits package and compensation based on experience • Flexible work hours with Fridays off during the off-season and no weekends during tax season • If you're ready to join a team that prioritizes your well-being and professional growth, apply now at https://www.indeed.com.
