As we scale, we’re seeking a Founding Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance across corporate structure, capital raises, contracts, IP protection, and data/privacy compliance. This is a hands-on strategic role for a legal mind who knows how to operate at startup velocity. ⸻ Role Overview As Founding Legal Advisor, you’ll serve as SEMCOG’s fractional legal lead—partnering with the CEO, CFO, and product leadership to ensure we’re legally sound, investor-ready, and built to scale.
