Senior Revenue Specialist, RMCC Managed
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Update applicable Revenue Management reporting and distribute to both internal and external teams
• Support Revenue Managers with implementation of strategy changes, forecasting, and analysis
• Conduct daily pricing and strategy analysis with mentor hotel(s)
• Formulate a plan to improve hotel performance, communicate that plan to the hotel team, and implement the changes in relevant systems, including OnQ R&I, OnQ RM, and GRO
• Send targeted communications describing relevant strategy and pricing changes
• Help prepare for and lead weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings, including discussions on future issues such as booking pace, performance statistics, and other hotel-specific goals
• Ad-hoc projects including but not limited to market research and systems audits
Requirements
• Two (2) years of Revenue Specialist experience
• Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
• Proficiency in analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action
Nice-to-haves
• BA/BS bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations
• Microsoft Excel skills utilizing pivot tables
• Flexibility to work Eastern Time Zone hours
