                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Create timetables to manage time and resources for project completion.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to maintain project calendars.
• Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and report to Project Management.
• Provide necessary elements to the Project Manager for Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
• Self-motivated and positive approach to work.
• Professional demeanor and ability to lead others.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentations.
• High skill level in interpreting blueprints and project documents.
• Ability to learn company project management systems.
