Job Details Description About This Role: The Digital Marketing Specialist develops and executes digital marketing strategies that support all Hunter Industries’ brands, including residential, commercial, and golf irrigation as well as FX Luminaire lighting. This role focuses on national-level digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, website content, and marketing automation. Works cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, sales leaders, and channel partners to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business objectives, while enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement across all digital touchpoints. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Plans, launches, and manages digital marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web platforms to support brand initiatives and product promotions nationwide. Develops and maintains relationships with Hunter’s distribution channel’s corporate marketing teams to increase collaboration and support of corporate marketing activities and the overall promotion of Hunter products within branch locations. Utilizes Salesforce to segment audiences, build campaign workflows, track engagement metrics, and manage lead generation pipelines in coordination with sales teams. Supports regional campaigns through targeted email marketing initiatives. Executes targeted ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Google Display Network to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for strategic initiatives. Assists Marketing Manager with promoting customer loyalty programs, national campaigns, and communicating events and updates pertaining to the programs within the organization. Curates and distributes up-to-date digital assets, training materials, and marketing content through Showpad to ensure sales teams have the right tools at the right time. Works closely with the in-house Marketing Services team to request, brief, and review, suggest, and create content assets (graphics, videos, landing pages, etc.) for digital campaigns within the respective regions. Supports new and existing brick-and-mortar locations by developing and implementing digital marketing collateral, and campaigns. Coordinates with distributors and local sales teams to ensure effective local marketing campaigns and provides training support to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful market presence. Designs and deploys email marketing campaigns using CRM data to create personalized and segmented messaging that aligns with customer interests and behaviors. Monitors KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and engagement rates to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to marketing and sales stakeholders. Partners with product and regional marketing teams to promote new products, programs, and seasonal initiatives via coordinated national digital campaigns. Acts as a bridge between national marketing, regional teams, and sales to ensure digital tools, campaigns, and resources are accessible, relevant, and effectively utilized across all levels of the organization. Education/Training Required and Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in business or marketing. Experience Required and Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing required. What You Bring: Knowledge of marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint applications. Knowledge in marketing practices and technologies including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Drop Box, Survey Monkey, Business Objects Explorer, Showpad and Salesforce. Knowledge in corporate communications practices and technologies including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as html. Technical irrigation knowledge as well as knowledge pertaining to professional distribution systems is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills: team‐oriented leadership, awareness, and flexibility are required. Problem solving skills: problem analysis, organizational planning, project management, decisiveness and judgment are required. Excellent English verbal and written communication. The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $33.65 to $43.25 The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition.
