As demand grows, we’re looking for a Client Support Manager who’s ready to lead from the front—personally managing client communications while building and scaling a high-performing support team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and legal team. In this role, you’ll:
• Deliver high-touch support via phone, email, and text to veterans pursuing VA disability claims
• Collect documents and signatures (e.g. DD-214s, medical records)
• Track and update client progress in our CRM (Hubspot)
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with active clients
• Build and refine client support systems, scripts, and workflows
• Support the hiring and training of future team members
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with a mix of frontline hustle and leadership mindset.
• 3+ years experience in client support, case management, or intake
• Prior work in legal, healthcare, or claims-based environments is a plus
• Excellent communicator—clear, warm, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Strong familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRMs
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Military service and deep familiarity with VA claims is highly preferred
Role Details
• Full-time, 1099 contractor
• Remote — work from anywhere in the U.S., but preferably in Arizona
• Flexible hours — 8-hour shifts, with some autonomy in schedule
• Fast-moving startup environment with room to grow
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
