Remote Order Entry Clerk
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Order Entry Clerk to assist our operations and fulfillment teams. This role is responsible for accurately entering and updating customer orders, tracking changes, and ensuring all information is recorded correctly across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and verify customer orders in internal systems and e-commerce platforms
• Ensure accuracy of shipping addresses, product quantities, and payment information
• Track order status and update records accordingly
• Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all order activity
• Report data issues or trends to supervisors as needed
Qualifications
• 1+ year of data entry or order processing experience
• Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, or similar order systems preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic computer applications
