Online Elementary/EFL School Teacher - part time

Position Details: Academic Year: 2025–2026 Employment Type: Part-Time Start Date: July 28, 2025 Compensation: $45/live lesson (no additional benefits) Job Summary: Minh Viet Academy is currently seeking a highly qualified and certified teacher for the following subject: • English for Adult learners– Mondays and Wednesdays, 10.20 am EST Each live lesson is 45 minutes. A teaching assistant will be assigned to support grading and classroom management. This is a year-round, part-time teaching position. No additional benefits are included. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the provided curriculum • Foster student interaction and participation during live sessions • Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to tailor course content as needed • Conduct live classes using Zoom and Canvas Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area • Valid U.S. teaching certification, preferably Elementary and EFL • Demonstrated experience teaching the specified subjects • Experience in online/distance education • Stable and reliable internet connection Preferred Qualifications: • Valid U.S. teaching license (active status preferred) Application Process: Interested candidates should email a CV and cover letter to: contact at minhvietacademy.org.
