Programmatic Media & Buying Manager (Contingent)

Job Summary:
The Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA) team is on the lookout for an innovative and results-oriented programmatic media buyer to enhance our marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis for programmatic campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving advertising initiatives across key internal advertisers within Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. Success in this position requires thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where operational excellence and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP.
• Manage cross-team deadlines and project plans to ensure all initiatives launch on time.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
• Generate detailed performance reports and present findings.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills:
• Proficiency with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of RTB, audience targeting, and ad exchanges.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in programmatic media buying.
• Experience with Amazon DSP is preferred.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour
