Experienced Remote Appointment Setter (Pay Per Appointment)

Job Description: We are a fast-growing insurance agency specializing in serving our prospects and their families. We are seeking experienced, results-driven appointment setters to join our remote team. This is a performance-based, pay-per-appointment role — perfect for high-energy callers who know how to get decision-makers on the phone and set solid, qualified appointments. If you’ve worked in insurance, Medicare, final expense, or other phone-based sales and you know how to book quality meetings, this is for you. Responsibilities: • Call leads provided by our company (no cold list building). • Use our proven script to set qualified appointments for our field agents. • Confirm appointment details and enter them into our CRM calendar. • Follow qualification criteria to ensure high show rates. • Maintain professionalism and represent the company brand. Compensation: • $20 per qualified appointment + bonuses. • Average experienced setter earns $1000–$2400 per week.
