Property Management Sales Executive
Description:
• Proactively represent the company in Orange County at industry events, networking functions, and local gatherings to generate new outbound opportunities and referral relationships
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community, always looking for ways to connect with potential clients and strategic partners
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners through consistent, value-driven follow-up
• Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads and guiding them through the discovery and consultation process
• Conduct discovery conversations to deeply understand prospective clients' needs, challenges, and goals
• Presents our services to prospective clients, emphasizing the aspects most relevant to each individual’s priorities and needs
• Attend on-site meetings with clients throughout Orange County and Riverside County as needed to strengthen relationships, assess property management needs firsthand, and drive new business opportunities
• Manage all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline progression
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and activity targets
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and service delivery
• Continuously gather market feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Three to five years of industry sales experience, ideally within the real estate industry
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and CRMs
• Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation
