About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to join our innovative Sales Strategy & Operations team at Amazon. As a Senior Program Manager, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborate with partners, and drive the development of new projects aimed at fostering business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with entrepreneurial colleagues in a setting that embodies the spirit of a startup.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative solutions to address key customer problems through proof-of-concept methodologies and scaling successful solutions for broader implementation.
  • Establishing strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and developing a comprehensive understanding of the strategic business direction, requirements, and priorities.
  • Creating growth strategies to meet ambitious objectives for your category, building collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders, and ensuring a superior seller experience.
  • Driving automation and feature development in collaboration with tech and product teams, as well as working with business and finance leaders to identify cost savings and promote long-term sustainable growth.
  • Preparing and conducting regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess seller performance, explore future opportunities, and address challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop innovative solutions to solve key customer problems through proof-of-concept approaches.
  • Develop and implement full-scale solutions for successful projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong partner relationships with internal business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to deliver against ambitious objectives for the category.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders and drive business inputs while delivering an exceptional seller experience.
  • Drive automation and feature development for the program in collaboration with tech and product teams.
  • Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive cost savings and long-term sustainable growth.
  • Prepare and conduct business reviews with stakeholders to review seller performance, future opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
