Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive social media calendar with communication pillars, channels, and specific dates for 2025
  • Create high-quality, regular weekly content (3x/week) for posts on LinkedIn and other platforms as necessary
  • Measure engagement for each post, track basic social media metrics, and prepare simple analytics reports
  • Design visually engaging promotional graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements that effectively convey our brand message
  • Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience through comments, likes, and shares
  • Optimize graphics and visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including design, climate technology, sustainability, Green Technology, and Femtech
  • Research competitor social media activities and collaborate with our founder and graphic designer
  • Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to posts to achieve the desired outcome
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Buffer, HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in company social media engagement and management, specifically LinkedIn
  • Understanding of social media analytics and strong attention to detail
  • Passion for creating exceptional written content and proficiency in social media management tools
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey our message throughout social media platforms
  • Time management skills and the ability to set and adhere to schedules
  • Experience in the climate sector, climate tech, female tech, or related industries is a plus
