• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
